Eligibility & Account Registration
To use nod88's services, you must meet the following requirements:

- You must open a valid account in your own name.

- Each person may open only one account.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account information confidential.
Prohibited Activities
- Operating an account on behalf of someone else or a third party is strictly prohibited.
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating an account from a prohibited or restricted location.
Warning: In the event of a violation of the above terms, nod88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and forfeit all earned bonuses.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
nod88 supports transactions via widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Our supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods)
- Deposited funds must be sent only from the account holder's own payment source.
- Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, nod88 reserves the right to initiate a verification process.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes
- Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals cannot be made before bonus conditions are met (see Section 4 for details).
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
nod88 complies with anti-money laundering policies. Any unusual or suspicious transactions may be brought to the attention of the relevant authorities. All account holders are required to cooperate with this process.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
nod88 offers welcome bonuses for its new members. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
Welcome Bonus Terms
- 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- Example: Depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
- Larger deposit example: On a ৳22,000 deposit, a maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, making the total balance ৳37,000.
- Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion is valid for a specific period and may be limited to certain games or categories.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or sold to a third party.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same person, household, or IP address are not permitted.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, nod88 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- nod88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Important: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus balance will remain locked until the specified wagering requirements are met.
Gaming Rules & Prohibited Activities
All users must follow fair play principles while playing games on nod88. Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Fraudulent Behavior
- Playing using software or bots.
- Attempting to strategically influence game outcomes.
- Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses.
Technical Violations
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
- Concealing your location using a VPN or proxy.
- Using unauthorized third-party software.
Collusive Cheating
- Coordinating with other players to control outcomes.
- Sending winnings to a third party's account.
- Assisting others in cheating.
Every game is operated by a third-party verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness and fair play. nod88 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet or round in the event of any type of technical malfunction.
For sports betting, all markets and odds are subject to change. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to nod88's policy. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the company reserves the right to void that bet.
Account Suspension & Closure
nod88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Involvement in fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal activities.
- Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
- Providing a false identity or information.
- Filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
- Age verification not completed.
Users may also request to close their account at any time. To access the self-exclusion option as part of responsible gaming, please contact our support team.
If there is any verifiable balance at the time of account closure, it will be returned after a review of the relevant terms. Funds subject to bonus conditions or incomplete wagering requirements will not be returned.

VIP tier changes are based on the user's overall activity and contributions. nod88 reserves the right to modify the VIP policy at any time. VIP cashback is provided on a weekly basis and separate wagering requirements may apply.
Limitation of Liability
nod88 strives to keep the services provided on its platform as reliable as possible. However, nod88 bears no responsibility in the following circumstances:
- If a game or bet is cancelled due to loss of internet connection.
- If issues arise due to third-party game software or payment services.
- Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical interruptions.
- Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or network.
- If services are restricted due to any legal change.
nod88's maximum liability shall in no circumstance exceed the amount of the user's specific transaction in question.
